These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jilipj online gaming platform (the "Service", "Platform", "Website") operated by jilipj ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). The Service is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The jilipj Service is intended solely for users located within the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically present in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing wagers. Users accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are strictly forbidden from using our platform.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) before you can withdraw funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

3.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

jilipj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including:

3.2 Self-Exclusion

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilipj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution.

You may only deposit funds from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account and to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You have completed the identity verification (KYC) process;
• You have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions;
• Your account is in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. jilipj does not charge withdrawal fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilipj offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated criteria;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash;

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be terminated, and all funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the jilipj platform are provided by reputable, licensed game developers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and NetEnt. Once a game round is complete and the outcome has been determined, that result is final and cannot be changed. 6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions;
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff;
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilipj platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of jilipj or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilipj and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Third-party content or conduct on the Service;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors;
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall jilipj's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilipj and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights;
• Your use of the Service;
• Any information you submit to the Service.

10. Account Termination

jilipj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false or misleading information;
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• Extended period of account inactivity;
• At your request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause (violation of these Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, we will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees or chargebacks.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR for independent review.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the jilipj platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilipj regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
